Yair Daren

Founder & Managing Director

Yair steers all business operations and is responsible for our vision and culture. Bringing more than 20 years of security experience, Yair’s intelligent, pragmatic and composed approach to security is reflected in SRS’s values and ethos.   Born and raised in Israel while educated in the UK, Yair served in the IDF and as a Lieutenant was responsible for commanding many front-line operations.  He is educated with a BSc from the University of London. Yair is passionate about providing a robust, thorough and meticulous security service to each client.

Igors Asars

Senior Operations Manager

With over twelve years of front-line operational security experience in London, Igors is an outstanding Senior Operations Manager. Previously supervised the security across the Events and Hospitality sectors in London, Igors is an excellent judge of character. Passionate about keeping things `simple and clear`, Igors possess leadership skills and a practical, can-do approach that streamlines the SRS operations for the benefit of our clients and staff alike.

Reece Martin

Operations Manager

Reece joined SRS from the luxury hotel industry having spent several years managing the security for some of London’s finest hotels including the 5 star Jumeirah hotel in Belgravia. Reece brings expertise in blending warm hospitality with robust security and focuses on ensuring our staff adopt a polite, polished and effective approach which inspires confidence in our clients and offers them peace of mind.

Vlad Baican

Operations Manager

Vlad`s unique expertise spans both the hospitality and security sectors, specializing in safeguarding the most renowned London hotels and prestige events venues. Boasting over a decade of experience in hospitality security. His extensive experience in managing end-user access control systems and managing various teams brings added value to SRS`s clients. Vlad`s a blended background makes him an indispensable asset, crucial to the team's accomplishments.

Anton Petkov

Commercial Manager

Anton is a highly diligent Commercial Manager, with a strong focus on driving and managing the commercial aspects of the business. With several years of experience in the private security sector in the UK, Anton has built a solid reputation for his coordination skills, attention to detail and calm, methodical approach, contributing directly to business growth and strong client relationships.

Gabriel Benigno

Recruitment and Office Support Coordinator

Gabriel brings several years of experience within SRS, including in the role of Operations Manager, and has an in depth understanding of the security sector. In his role as Recruitment and Office Support Coordinator, he supports recruitment, onboarding of new staff and office support, working closely with the commercial and administrative teams. Gabriel’s knowledge of internal processes contributes to the smooth coordination of back-office functions across the organisation.

Lucas Feldmann

PA to CEO

A bachelor of Engineering graduate and a former lieutenant of the Brazilian armed forces, Lucas supports the CEO with various key projects. Lucas is also a holder of a black belt in Jiu Jitsu and a qualified UK instructor, who proudly uses Jiu-Jitsu as a mean to reach and to support children with learning disabilities.

Audrey Wolman

Office Support Coordinator

Audrey is the friendly face behind the smooth running of our office. She supports a broad range of administrative duties with precision and professionalism. Her responsibilities range from managing social media to supporting our brand presence. Audrey ensures processes run efficiently, enabling the wider team to perform at their best. Her dedication makes her an essential part of SRS’s success.

Vitaliy Zhelikhovskyy

Control Room Officer

Having begun his way in SRS as a Security Officer and promoted to the role of CRO. Vitaliy served in multiple operations roles, including the responsibility for safe Transportation of Hazardous Materials across the United Kingdom. Vitaliy brings a terrific range of experience in both safety & protection and in customer service.

Antonia Roberts-Taylor

Security Coordinator

Antonia is a detail oriented and client focused Security Coordinator with a strong background in property management, office environments, and frontline service roles. She brings a solid understanding of security procedures, compliance and staff coordination, supporting efficient operations and a professional, welcoming environment.

Yael Ramot

Marketing & Advertising Manager

A graduate of Shenkar College for Design, Yael is a meticulous marketing professional with a creative flare and energetic approach.  She is responsible for implementing and executing strategic marketing plans at SRS and works closely with the MD.

Paula Guijarro

Financial Controller

Paula is our Financial Controller. She is a qualified chartered accountant and has spent many years working in industry, particularly for professional services companies. Paula brings vast experience in budgeting, management accounting, corporate tax, financial forecasting. She is responsible for ensuring that the company finances are managed diligently.

SRS is proud to have partnered with DOHR for its HR and employment law support. DOHR is a dynamic and highly respected consultancy offering expert guidance across all areas of human resources.
