On attending the area, our Security-Concierge team identified a verbal confrontation with escalating behaviour between two residents within a shared service space. Recognising the risk of escalation, additional Security-Concierge support was requested immediately to ensure the situation could be managed safely and proportionately.
Our SRS Security-Concierge team intervened without delay, separating both parties and engaging them calmly and professionally. Through clear communication, controlled positioning and a reassuring presence, the situation was de-escalated without further incident. One of the residents contacted the police, alleging threatening behaviour, while the other party appeared visibly distressed.
For safety and reassurance, the affected residents were escorted back to their apartment, away from the communal area. Throughout the incident, our Security-Concierge team-maintained control of the environment, ensuring that other residents were not impacted and that normal use of the residence could continue
The incident was recorded in line with established procedures and communicated appropriately to management, ensuring transparency and accountability.
